Note on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds: Please be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will receive an email offering to reschedule your session. Respond to this email within 24 hours and accept a new appointment, or you may forfeit your session. You may reschedule a session online or by phone with 12 hours notice, or you may cancel a session with at least 24 hours notice and receive a full refund.
