While most recordings of your assessment, consultation, or Conversational English sessions are stored locally using Best Life Ever TESOL equipment in the United States rather than Zoom cloud recording servers, the data may be transferred through global Zoom servers and eventually backed up at the request of Best Life TESOL using Google servers. By using our services, you consent to all transfer, processing, and storage of your data in the location(s) selected by the vendor. Note that the privacy laws in your country of residence or citizenship may or may not be as comprehensive as the privacy laws in the country where the vendor stores data. Regardless, please be assured that we take all reasonable steps to ensure that we protect your data according to this Privacy Policy and Terms.
Intellectual Property
Best Life TESOL services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
